Working alongside his father from an early age, Three Generations Modular Homes President Nick Reo grew up in the building industry. He started his career working in the trenches, learning every aspect of the business from his mentor and father Patrick Reo, a well-known name in the construction field. He begun with building and remodeling projects and gradually became involved in mechanical services such as installing heating, air conditioning, and refrigeration units in residential and commercial properties. In addition to the technical aspects of the job, Nick learned the importance of being meticulous and precise. His father taught him how to craft perfection, which is apparent in every project he delivers through Three Generations Construction. In turn, he has shared his trade skills and years of knowledge with his sons in order to continue the legacy that began with his father.
